The following collection of films were created by People's Television and highlights the breadth of our work for nonprofits, international development organizations, and recognized brands around the world. These work samples represent style and film techniques that we will implement for the Sustainable Fisheries, Sustainable Urban Design and Climate Change videos.
WorldFish Center commissioned People’s Television to create a collection of three short documentaries for their pilot project, Collaborating For Resilience. Filmed on location in Zambia, Cambodia and Uganda, these documentary case studies explore how each unique eco-region address the challenges of shared resource management through multi-stakeholder dialogue.
Villagers along the shores of Lake Kariba face competition over fishing, tourism and new investments in commercial aquaculture. This video shows how a dialogue process called "Collaborating for Resilience” produced agreements between commercial fishers and increased accountability of state agencies and local leaders.
Cambodia’s freshwater fishery reforms have provided new opportunities for co-management — and many new challenges. This video chronicles community-led initiatives that successfully influenced national policy and launched innovations to improve resource conservation and local livelihoods.
This film showcases the innovating preservations efforts by Tanzania Mantra in protecting the Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania. We used extensive aerial drone filming to capture the conservation and anti-poaching efforts.
When Facebook launched their global youth marketing study, they asked us to bring it alive through video. We cast young people from the US, Japan, India, and Brazil and their parents, to tell us how growing up has changed over generations.
We produced this animated film for the United Nations about the success and challenges of the Millennium Development Goals. It played for all the delegates at the Sept 2013 UN General Assembly.

Our first feature film, Valley Of Saints is set in the endangered lake communities of Kashmir. Valley of Saints blends fiction and documentary to bring audiences inside this unique challenging world. Valley of Saints won the audience award at Sundance 2012.
The true story of an undocumented immigrant's journey to save the life of her ailing daughter, LA AMERICANA broadcast on over a dozen networks worldwide, including National Geographic Mundo, PBS World, and Al Jazeera English.
